Andrew’s fusion of process development, data analysis and mentoring talented employees has provided the foundation for building strong and profitable organizations. Andrew has successfully implemented business intelligence practices into his organizations and has built a revenue generating department around BI services using Azure and Power BI.

Andrew has worked diligently to provide operational frameworks for his employers and clients that create a scalable and repeatable baseline for company growth. He is passionate about creating a culture of service driven employees who love what they do and continue to learn each day.

With a background in security and technology, Andrew gained his degree in business management after working in IT consulting for many years. He has focused on the building and development of IT consulting and services companies over the last decade.
