Allison Matthies is a professional recruiter with diverse experience in both recruiting and business ownership. Currently serving as a recruiter at IRONMARK Building Company and Salo, a Korn Ferry company, Allison has developed a strong passion for connecting with people and businesses. As a business owner of Everyday Cleaning, LLC, and This Red Life, LLC, Allison focuses on quality service and building trusted relationships. Previously, Allison held various roles at Target, including Organizational Effectiveness Consultant and Global Trade Operations Manager, where expertise in consulting, project management, and process development was demonstrated. Allison holds an MBA in Leadership from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in International Management and Spanish from Gustavus Adolphus College.
