Megan Biles

Director, Fellows Program at Irregular Warfare Initiative

Megan Biles currently serves in the NextGen National Security Leaders Program at the Center for a New American Security and as Director of Fellows for the Irregular Warfare Initiative. With a distinguished career in the United States Air Force since May 2010, Megan has held various strategic roles, including position as a strategist in the SecAF/CSAF Executive Action Group, as well as involvement in educational programs such as the Air Force National Defense Fellowship and the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies. Megan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, a Master of Philosophy in Military Strategic Studies, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy. Additionally, Megan obtained a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
