Amy Bruno

Amy Bruno (Jun) has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Amy started their career as a Senior HR Representative at BP (formerly ARCO) in 1995. Amy then moved on to American Express Global Business Travel, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources for two years before transitioning to the role of Regional Human Resources Business Partner for the next five years. In 2004, they joined Amgen, a biotechnology company, as a Senior HR Manager for the HR and Information Systems organizations. At Amgen, they gradually took on more responsibilities, serving as the HR Director for the US Commercial (Sales and Marketing) Organization, HR Lead for Commercialization, Global Medical & R&D Compliance, and finally as the HR Lead for Finance, Global Business Services, Business Development, Information Systems, and Law. In 2018, Amy joined Irvine Company as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Apartment Operations and Apartment Development divisions. As the leader of the HR team, they oversee the human resource activities for the largest division of the real estate investment company.

Amy Bruno (Jun) obtained a B.A. in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Amy then pursued a Masters degree in Management- Human Resources from the Drucker School of Management.
