Michelle Grande has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Michelle started their career in 1995 at Irvine Company, where they held the position of Vice President of Property Management for over 20 years. In 2016, they joined Shea Properties as Vice President of Operations, before returning to Irvine Company in 2018 as Vice President. Michelle was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in October 2021.

Michelle Grande obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2016.
