Sancho Cagulada

Sancho Cagulada is an experienced professional in landscape architecture and design, currently serving as Manager of Retail Planning and Design at Irvine Company since November 2023. In this role, Sancho collaborates with the VP of Planning and Design, Design Studio, and various consultants on reinvestment and redevelopment projects, producing design studies and coordinating materials related to master planning and landscape architecture. Prior to this position, Sancho worked as a Designer at BrightView Landscapes, focusing on documentation for large-scale projects, and held the role of CAD Support Specialist at Garden Studio Design. Sancho also gained early experience as a Community Development Intern for the City of Anaheim. Educationally, Sancho holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, achieving a 3.9 GPA, and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, graduating Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines.
