Stacy Nishioka

Stacy Nishioka, RPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Stacy started their career as a Property Manager at Olen Properties in 1995 and worked in this role until 2001. Then, they moved on to Insignia ESG as a Property Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, Stacy joined Irvine Company, where they held various positions including Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, Director of Portfolio Operations, Senior Director of Portfolio Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Their tenure at Irvine Company spans from 2003 to the present time.

Stacy Nishioka, RPA attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their degree, they have certifications in California Real Estate Salesperson License, obtained in September 2020 from the California Department of Real Estate, and Real Property Administrator from BOMI International, obtained in 2006.
