Vaughn Chase

Vaughn Chase has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and multifamily industry. Vaughn began their career in 1999 as a Billing Associate at NWP Services Corporation and worked their way up through various roles, including Lead and Supervisor of Billing Operations, Manager and Director of Billing Operations, and Vice President of Operations. In their role as Vice President, they were responsible for managing a large annual expense budget, overseeing operations and customer support, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Vaughn'sexpertise in operations and client services led to improvements in customer satisfaction and increased recovery of funds. In 2014, Vaughn joined Irvine Company as a Senior Director and was later promoted to Vice President and Senior Vice President. In their current role as Senior Vice President of Maintenance Services, they are accountable for overseeing property condition, maintenance operations, procurement, and environmental health & safety for the Apartment Division, which consists of multiple regions and over 60,000 units. Vaughn's leadership and financial accountability have contributed to the overall success of the properties they manage.

Vaughn Chase has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Vanguard University of Southern California, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Vaughn later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2015 to 2017.
