Carolann Mroz

Carolann Mroz is a front end engineer at Irving Oil since November 2022. Prior to this, Carolann worked as a junior process designer at Imperial Oil in 2012, and has also held roles such as engineering co-op in the quality lab at Hansgrohe Group, and field operations summer student at Imperial Oil. From August 2014 to August 2022, Carolann served as a Project Development Lead at Imperial Oil, where Carolann managed local portfolio development, project prioritization, and capital budget coordination. Additionally, Carolann has experience as a project development anchor and process designer in the same company.
