Lory-Ann MacAskill

Lory-Ann MacAskill is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Total Rewards Specialist at Irving Oil since September 2017, Lory-Ann has held multiple managerial roles within the company, including Senior Manager of HR Operations for Refining & Supply and Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to joining Irving Oil, Lory-Ann worked at Innovatia as an HR Consultant from February 2015 to September 2017 and spent nearly two decades at Bell Aliant in various HR consulting roles. Lory-Ann holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Saint Vincent University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
