Ray Mehler

Ray Mehler, SRWA, PMP is the owner of Right of Way Management Consulting, providing a range of services including leasing, property acquisition, project management, and title research since April 2013. Notable clients include the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and NextEra Energy. Ray has significant experience as a chief negotiator and senior project manager for the Barren Ridge Renewable Transmission Project, as well as project management for California at NextEra Energy. Active in the International Right of Way Association, Ray has held multiple leadership positions, including Chair of the Project Management Committee and a past president of Chapter 1. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
