Craig Marshall

Chief Operating Officer since 2021 leading the delivery of both our award-winning client services (comprising all of our legal teams nationally) and our client and business operations. He joined Irwin Mitchell in 2007 when the firm merged with large Scottish law firm Golds and was latterly Chief Executive Officer of Irwin Mitchell’s Personal Legal Services Division from 2014 to April 2021 before taking on his current role. Prior to the merger with Irwin Mitchell, Craig was Managing Partner at Golds. He was also managing partner of Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP for nine years from 2011 to 2020. Craig studied law at the University of Aberdeen.
