Shahzad Afzal Khan

Shahzad Afzal Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems consulting and engineering within the bio-pharma, pharma, and food and beverage industries. Currently serving as a Global Systems Consultant at Yokogawa Electric Corporation since April 2022, Shahzad focuses on operational efficiency and innovative digital solutions. In addition, Shahzad holds the role of Volunteer Program Chair for the International Society of Automation's Calgary Section and has previously worked at Yokogawa in various capacities, including Consultant for Asset Performance DX, Solutions Architect, and Regional Subject Matter Expert. Shahzad started a career in digital marketing and technical sales, developing strong expertise in process control instrumentation, wireless technologies, and business development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Virtual University of Pakistan and a BCS in Computer Sciences from Preston University.
