John Mills

John Mills has extensive experience in company secretarial roles, currently serving as Company Secretary at Santander UK and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Isabel Hospice. Past positions include Company Secretary for Smiths Group plc and Group Company Secretary at Anglo American, where John reported to the Group Finance Director and the chairman. Previously, John held key roles at RSA Insurance Group plc as Deputy Company Secretary, and at Cadbury plc as Director of Group Secretariat during its high-profile takeover by Kraft. Additional experience includes positions at Tibbett & Britten, Barclays, Forte Plc, and BAE Systems. John holds an LLB in Law from The University of Sheffield.
