Erika Ross

Erika Ross, CERP has had a successful career at Isabella Bank since May 2005. As the Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, Erika oversees the bank's Enterprise Risk Management Program and provides direction to key risk functions. Additionally, Erika has held roles as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Marketing, Assistant Vice President of Marketing, Marketing Project Manager, and Commercial Credit Analyst, showcasing their diverse skill set and expertise in various areas of the bank. With a BSBA in Finance from Central Michigan University and a Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Erika has a strong educational background to support their extensive experience in the banking industry.
