Clément Lecerf has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2007 with a role as a Product Owner and Marketing Assistant at Mitsubishi Electric. Clément then worked as a Communication Assistant at Botanic in 2008. In 2010, they joined Agence Gardeners as an SEO Specialist, where they focused on net linking, optimizing texts and metadata, and creating automated SEO reporting tools. From 2011 to 2012, Clément worked as a Growth Hacker and Product Manager at Seiza, managing ad campaigns and bid optimization for clients such as UPS and L'Oreal. During this time, they also served as a Growth Hacker at SAP SuccessFactors, leading product development for a tool to automate campaigns on the Google Adwords platform. In 2012, they worked as a Web Analyst at Dailymotion, analyzing traffic and technical issues on the video platform. From 2014 to 2017, Clément co-founded and served as the CMO of Topla, a publishing house that sold DIY kits and educational books. Clément then embarked on a freelance career as a Growth Strategist Consultant, advising various companies on subjects such as growth, strategy, SEO, and data analysis. Currently, Clément is the Head of Growth & Marketing at isahit, a B2B company.

Clément Lecerf completed their Bachelor's degree in International Marketing at Université Savoie Mont Blanc from 2007 to 2010. Clément then pursued a Master's in Management with a specialization in International Marketing and Business Development at SKEMA Business School from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at North Carolina State University, focusing on their Master's degree.
