Marco Stemer has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Development Engineer at Isar Aerospace from March 2018 to June 2020. Marco then moved up to become the Head of Launch Vehicle at Isar Aerospace from July 2020 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Launch Vehicle at Isar Aerospace, starting from March 2022. Prior to their time at Isar Aerospace, Marco worked as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Munich, specifically in the Chair of Turbomachinery and Flight Propulsion from June 2017 to May 2018. Marco also gained experience as an Intern at BMW Group in the Technical Integration, Production Strategy department from March 2015 to August 2015.
Marco Stemer completed their education at the Technical University of Munich. From 2012 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from 2016 to 2019.
