Kristin Ralls

Kristin Ralls has been working as a Sr. HR Generalist since 2008. At Aspect Software, their responsibilities included administering all US based leave of absences, responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits and company policies, assisting with Open Enrollment and annual benefit renewals, working on communication plans for benefit changes/new offerings, assisting in filing Affirmative Action Plans, processing Corporate donations/sponsorships, administering the Matching Gifts Program and single-handedly running the company's annual scholarship Program. Kristin also partnered closely with Business Partners on projects and HR initiatives, administered the company's Service Awards Program, ran and tracked the companies Sexual Harassment Training as well as other compliance trainings, and had experience in the complete employee life cycle. In 2022, they will be joining ISEE as a Sr. HR Generalist.

Kristin Ralls attended Westford Academy from 1994 to 1998, graduating with a High School Diploma. Kristin then attended Middlesex Community College from 1998 to 1999, studying Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
