Vincent Verna

Vincent Verna has a long and extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Their most recent position was with ISEE as the Head of Engineering - Hardware Systems and Manufacturing, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at TuSimple as the Vice President of Hardware from February 2022 to December 2022, and as the Sr. Director of Electrical Engineering from May 2021 to February 2022. Before TuSimple, Vincent held the role of Director, EE Systems at Zoox from August 2020 to May 2021. Vincent also worked at BYTON as the Senior Director of Electronics & Connectivity from May 2019 to August 2020, and as the Director of Electronics and Systems from October 2017 to May 2019.

Earlier in their career, Vincent worked as the Director of Electrical Engineering at GILLIG from March 2015 to October 2017, and as the Senior Manager - Energy Storage Systems at GE Transportation from July 2007 to March 2015. Vincent served as the Vice President at Mercedes-Benz Technology from March 2006 to June 2007. Vincent started their career at Lear Corporation as the Engineering Director from October 1999 to March 2006. Prior to that, they worked at Visteon Corporation as an Electrical Engineer from December 1990 to October 1999. Vincent began their career as a Co-Op Engineer at Unisys in 1989.

Vincent Verna completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Vincent then pursued further specialization by obtaining a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from the same institution, studying from 1990 to 1992. Vincent Verna later pursued business education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Valuation from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 2003.
