Russ Conser is a seasoned professional in the fields of energy, sustainability, and innovation, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Ecosphere Ventures, focusing on supporting emerging energy and climate entrepreneurs. Conser has held various significant roles, including Co-Founder and CEO of Standard Soil, PBC, and Founder and President of Regenov8 Advisors. Conser's extensive experience includes advisory positions with iSelect Fund and StarRotor Corporation, as well as a long tenure at Shell where notable achievements included leading the GameChanger program. Conser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
