Radhika Arora

Radhika Arora currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Radhika held positions as Group Chief People Officer and Group CHRO at Jakson Group from July 2020 to August 2024. Radhika's extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development includes serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, OD & Learning at Sony from July 2013 to June 2020, and holding the position of Dy. Manager HR - OD & Recruitment at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from September 2004 to December 2012. Radhika began a career in HR as a Consultant for IT Talent Acquisition at Spectrum Placements in 2004. Radhika Arora holds a PGDBM with a specialization in HR & Marketing from M.S Ramaiah Institute of Management and a B.Sc in Mathematics, Statistics & Computers from St. Johns Degree College.
