Social Graphic Designer(part Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Asset Creation: Assist the creative lead with all clients. Partner with team leads to create compelling, on-brand content for MB Social clients. Review creative briefs for flow, grammar, and punctuation and execute creative briefs according to timeline.
• Creative Support: Create social media content as needed to support clients (including but not limited to: Instagram Stories, Instagram In-feed, editing/updating/creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and gifs)
• Trends: Stay on top of trends - providing insight/best practices to best-in-class social media content. Recommend how each trend could be used per client.

Responsibilities Include:

• Source and develop fresh new content ideas
• Assist in video editing/creation
• Weekly trend research
• Client support: Instagram stories/in-feed graphics
• Social: Instagram Stories & In-feed, LinkedIn & Facebook

Expectations:

• Attend daily Design Team meetings
• Attend weekly client meetings (when asked/invited)
• Stay connected and responsive
• Active & responsive on Slack
• Send updates as needed
• Support design team
• Take all feedback provided and apply it to current and future projects
• Ensure story best practices are read and updated frequently
• Ensure the Graphic Design Monday.com board is always up to date
• Ensure all projects reflect brand guidelines
