Mitch Ortiz

Mitch Ortiz, P.E., CCM, PMP is a seasoned engineering and management professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Facilities & Engineering at ISI Professional Services since May 2022. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Mitch leads the Facilities & Engineering department, overseeing business operations and driving strategic growth. Prior to this role, Mitch held various leadership positions at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2010 to May 2022, including Director of Lease Delivery, where oversight of a significant team and nationwide construction projects was essential. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager/Engineer at Barrett Hale & Alamo, staff engineer for the US Navy, and volunteer Program Evaluator for ABET. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
