Kelly Hays

Kelly Hays has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly started their career in 2006 as a Field Supervisor at Canadian Forest Products, where they organized field resources, supervised activities, and played a role in process improvement initiatives. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Food Security Coordinator at Cowichan Green Community, where they developed a website, designed marketing materials, and researched food security initiatives.

In 2011, Kelly worked as a Project Manager at MYRA Systems, providing project management and analysis services to clients such as BC Assessment, BC Ministry of Health, and SMB businesses. Kelly then started their own business, KellyHays.ca in 2010, helping small businesses build websites and offering services like project management and CMS training.

From 2014 to present, Kelly worked at Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority, initially as a Project Analyst providing support for the IHealth initiative. Later, they took on roles as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, leading various projects related to Cerner Primary Care EMR deployment, change management, and development of a primary care living lab.
