Marie A. Nuon

Marie A. Nuon has a diverse work experience starting in 2023 as the Vice President of Operations at Island Pay. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Operations at ML Tech. In 2021, they held the position of Director of Operations - FinTech and HealthTech Programs at MassChallenge. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Associate Director of the Master of Finance Program at MIT Sloan School of Management. Before that, they worked at West Financial Services, Inc. as a Portfolio Manager from 2008 to 2015 and as an Analyst from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they worked as an Analyst at Investors Bank & Trust from 2005 to 2007 and as an intern at the U.S. Department of Labor in 2005.

Marie A. Nuon has a strong educational background with a focus on business and finance. Marie A. completed an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business in 2009. Marie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics from Simmons University, which they obtained in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Marie has obtained several certifications in the finance industry. Marie A. holds a Certificate in Performance Measurement (CIPM) Designation from the CFA Institute, is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder from the CAIA Association, and has completed the FINRA Series 65 certification through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
