Athena Koumoutzis

Athena Koumoutzis, PhD, is a Health Services Researcher at IPRO since June 2023. Prior to this role, Athena served as a Research Assistant at Scripps Gerontology Center from August 2019 to May 2023 and worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Kent State University between August 2017 and May 2019. Athena earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Gerontology from Miami University from 2019 to 2023 and a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University from 2017 to 2019.
