Steve Blair, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer for Island Ventures and has been appointed as Head of People & Culture for CCF Brands and Chief People Officer for Fulcrum Collective since July 2023. In addition, Steve is the Founder of Culture Collaborative, an advisory practice dedicated to supporting organizations and their People and Culture leaders. Previously, Steve was a People Strategy Advisor at Gratsy, and spent seven years at Harvest Group as Vice President of People, Culture & Operations and Director of People & Culture. Prior roles include Senior Director of Sales at Russell Stover Candies, Executive Vice President of Sales at Walsworth Publishing, Director of National Accounts at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, and various sales positions at Procter & Gamble. Steve holds a BS/BA in Marketing and Admin. Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
