David Pressdee (Gen-Xer) has worked in the tech industry since 2001. Theirfirst role was as Senior Technical Writer at Attenti, a company specializing in Electronic Tracking and Monitoring Technologies. From 2006-2008, they were Technical Product Manager at XL Digital Imaging Ltd., a company specializing in High Resolution Digital Imaging. David then moved to RAD Data Communications as a Team Technical Writer, where they worked on Critical Infrastructure & Communication. In 2010, they became Senior Technical Writer at Finastra, a company specializing in Financial Services. After that, they were Lead Technical Writer at RISCO Group, a company specializing in Security & Video Verification Solutions from 2011-2015. From 2015-2020, they were Technical Documentation Lead at Checkmarx, a company specializing in Software Application Security. In 2020, they became Knowledge Base Manager at SafeBreach, a company specializing in Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS). Most recently, they have been Product Documentation Lead at Island, a company specializing in The Enterprise Browser.

David Pressdee has completed the Application Security and Secure Coding Training - Java certification from Codebashing in January 2019. David has also attended the University of Life and School of Hard Knocks.
