Oliver Raud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and project management, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Isle Utilities since April 2023 and Chair of the Advisory Group at Exeter Culture since October 2021. Previous roles include Program Manager at South West Water where Oliver contributed to establishing the Centre for Resilience in Environment, Water and Waste, and Project Manager positions at The Environmental Futures & Big Data Impact Lab, Atlantic Youth Creative Hubs, Hidden Talent in Devon, and Strategic Employer Engagement in Devon. As Strategic Funding Manager at Plymouth College of Art, Oliver managed diverse funding projects, particularly in the EU sector.
