Louise Wells

Louise Wells has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Head of Supply Chain at iSmash, which they began in June 2021. Prior to this, Louise worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at Reliance Worldwide Corporation - EMEA from July 2020 to May 2021. Louise also held various positions at Tech21, including Operations Director, Head of Sales Operations & Inventory, Head of Sales Operations, and Sales Operations Manager. Their tenure at Tech21 lasted from 2015 to 2020. Before joining Tech21, Louise worked as a Customer Services Manager at Lindt & Sprüngli from 2008 to 2015. Louise also gained experience at Pernod Ricard, where they held roles such as Customer Services Co-ordinator, Customer Services Executive, and Operations & Logistics Administrator from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, Louise worked as an Office Administrator at Temenos from 2001 to 2002 and held the role of Operations Administrator/Conference & Events Co-ordinator at Heathrow Windsor Marriott Hotel from 1999 to 2001.

Louise Wells attended Brentford School for Girls from 1990 to 1996 and obtained their GCSEs.
