Irida Grigoropoulou

Irida Grigoropoulou is the owner of Polyglotto, a translation and localization company established in September 2013, focusing on providing high-quality translations and brand messaging across various sectors. Alongside this role, Grigoropoulou has served as a labelling translator for orangeglobal Medical Globalisation Provider since March 2016 and as a freelance translator for Lionbridge, Technical Translations from Centuries Limited, Iso Translations, and LinguaVox, specializing in fields such as pharmaceuticals, engineering, and software. Additionally, Grigoropoulou works as a reviewer for Μpüe medpharm medtech biotech translations GmbH and has been a language specialist-proofreader for Capita Translation and Interpreting since October 2008. Volunteering as an English teacher for teenagers from Afghanistan, Syria, and Pakistan through Praksis-Hellenic Red Cross since February 2015 further demonstrates Grigoropoulou's commitment to language education. Grigoropoulou holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Foreign Languages from “Lumière Lyon 2” University and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting from Ionian Panepistimion.
