Derek Jon Galotera began their career in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative at inspiro. That same year they also began working as a Data Management Specialist at Legato Health Technologies. In 2021, they joined TDCX as a Sourcing Associate. Currently, they are employed at IsoTruss, Inc. as an Account Executive for the Southeast Asian Region and Team Lead.

Derek Jon Galotera completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Central Philippine University between 2014 and 2020. Derek Jon also obtained a High School Diploma from American School of Doha between 2008 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Mindsets and Strategies for Negotiation Success from LinkedIn in December 2022 and Project Management Fundamentals from Udemy in June 2022.
