Dr. Pencho Kuzev is an experienced professional currently serving as an Associate Research Fellow at the ISPI Center on Digitization and Cybersecurity since January 2023 and co-chairing Task Force 2 for T20/G20, focusing on digital public infrastructure. With a long-standing role as Data and Digital Policy Coordinator for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation since August 2015, Dr. Kuzev has explored the impact of open innovation on Europe's digital transformation. Previous engagements include co-chairing Task Force 4 on Digital Transformation for T20/G20 Italy in 2021 and working as a freelance cooperator at Consilio, LLC, among other legal and regulatory roles in firms such as Wagner Legal and Deutsche Telekom. Dr. Kuzev holds a doctorate in Competition/Electronic Communications Law and a Master of Laws in European and International Law from the University of Bremen.
