Ohad Seltzer

Ohad Seltzer is a seasoned mainframe system programmer with extensive experience in the financial and education sectors. Currently employed at Isracard since March 2020, Ohad has previously worked as a Mainframe CICS System & Application Developer at Bank Hapoalim from December 2015 to October 2017, and as an Education Instructor at Kibbutz Nir Yitzhak from June 2013 to November 2015. Additional roles include serving as CTO/CIO at SEM Engin Ltd., a Mainframe Software Engineering and Architecture Team Application Developer at Discount Bank, and a SQL Server Database Administrator & C# .Net Application Developer at Bacsoft Limited. Ohad began a career in technology as a Senior IBM Mainframe Application Developer in the IDF from January 1999 to May 2004. Ohad holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Monash University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
