Renat Grinshpun

Renat Grinshpun is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and system analysis across various sectors, notably in banking and insurance. Currently serving as a Project Manager at First International Bank of Israel since June 2023, Renat also holds positions as a Product Manager at Tarya Fintech and Project Manager at Isracard. Previous experience includes roles at Menora Mivtachim Insurance Ltd. as a Technical and Business Systems Analyst and at Insurence Company Phoenix as a Project Manager specializing in loans. Renat’s expertise is supported by a technical foundation established with a BSc in Information Systems from Polytechnic Institute of Chisinau and further studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as an MSc in Economy and Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Renat also has experience as a business analyst, team leader, and owner/designer of a luxury silk fashion brand.
