Sharon Hefetz

Sharon Hefetz has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Sharon started their career in 2000 at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Senior Research Analyst in banking and payments for seven years. In 2007, they joined Bank Hapoalim as a Strategic Advisor, eventually becoming the Head of Strategic Research and the SVP Personal Assistant to the Chairman. Their role at Bank Hapoalim lasted until January 2023. In 2014, they also started working as a Lecturer at Tel Aviv University. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Strategy at Isracard, starting in December 2022.

Sharon Hefetz earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Tel Aviv University between 1986 and 1989. Sharon then pursued a Master's degree in Ancient history from Tel Aviv University, completing it from 1989 to 1990. Sharon furthered their education by obtaining a PhD in Roman History from Princeton University, which they completed from 1991 to 1998.
