Ziv Shmaya

Ziv Shmaya has over 20 years of experience in IT and business application management. Ziv is currently working as the Head of the Finance Systems Development department at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they manage the development and support of SAP modules and other interfaces with external financial systems.

Prior to this, Ziv served as the Global Business Applications Senior Manager at Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG), where they oversaw various global business applications such as Salesforce, QAD, and Epicor, and managed a global team of analysts.

Before joining VPG, Ziv worked as the Global Information Systems Manager at INFINIDAT Benelux, where they were responsible for the company's applications including ERP, Salesforce, and Agile.

Ziv's previous experience also includes roles as the IT Application Manager at Nova Measuring Instruments and Senior Business Application Analyst at DSP Group. Ziv has successfully managed various projects and implementations throughout their career.

Ziv began their career as an IT System Analyst at Polycom, where they worked on project management and the implementation of ERP and finance modules.

Ziv Shmaya received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus in Management Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Ziv then pursued their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University, studying from 2005 to 2007.
