Harold Lee has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Harold began their career at Hyundai Motor Finance Company as a Business Analyst and later moved on to US Motors, Division of Emerson Electric, where they served as the Manager of International Marketing. Following this, they worked at Brunswick Corporation as the Director of Supply Chain Planning & Trade Compliance. Harold then joined KPMG as a Manager for Trade & Customs Compliance in the International Corporate Services division. Harold continued their career at Samsung SDS as the Director & Principal Process Consultant in the Samsung Electronics SC & Logistics Innovation Group. After that, Harold held the position of Head of Global Trade Compliance at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. Harold then worked as a Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Trade Compliance Consultant at Resources Global Professional, providing consultation on process innovations. Currently, Harold is serving as the Global Trade & Compliance Director at ICL Group, overseeing trade compliance for all divisions and business units worldwide. In addition, they manage security and anti-money laundering compliance for Americas sites. Throughout their career, Harold has consistently demonstrated expertise in supply chain, logistics, global trade compliance, and process consultation. Harold has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Maryville University of Saint Louis.

Harold Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University, which they completed in 1993. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Webster University, finishing in 1996. Harold then continued their education at Webster University and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketing, completing it in 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have certifications in CSCP (from APICS) and as a Licensed Customs Broker (from U.S. Customs and Border Protection).
