Nitzan Moshe has extensive work experience in various roles within the ICL Group and its subsidiaries. Nitzan started in 2001 as a Plant Manager in ICL Specialty Fertilizers, where they managed multiple plants and had responsibilities in operations, safety, and employee development. Nitzan later moved on to become the Director of Procurement and then the VP of Fertilizers and Acid Division, where they managed five plants and a large team. In 2014, they joined ICL-IP as the SVP of Global Operations, overseeing production sites and implementing safety procedures standardization. In 2019, they assumed the role of EVP of Global Operations in the ICL Group, leading company policy and managing a large team. Nitzan Moshe has a wealth of experience in operations, safety, and management within the chemical industry.
Nitzan Moshe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1995 to 1997. Prior to this, Nitzan completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 1991 to 1994.
