Itay A. Halbani

Itay A. Halbani is an experienced Organizational Development Manager and Senior Organizational Consultant at the Israeli Air Force since July 2019. Previously, Itay held positions at Maavarim as an Organizational Consultant and at the University of Haifa as an Academic Coach, where responsibilities included mentoring and improving learning skills. Earlier roles include Data Analyst at Signals Analytics, Teaching Assistant in Organizational Psychology at IDC Herzliya, Project Lead at Children Playing Chess (C.P.C NPO), Assessment Specialist at Adam Milo, Personal Counseling at ORS Health Care, and Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Martron 2003 Ltd. Itay’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior & Development from Reichman University, a B.A. in Psychology from The Open University of Israel, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a diploma in logistics from the Technion, among other qualifications.
