Jaana Junell

Jaana Junell has a diverse work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Jaana worked as the Head of Talent & Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Business Partner at ISS Palvelut since November 2017. Prior to that, they were the HRD Director at Suomen Terveystalo Oy from 2012 to 2017. Jaana also held roles at Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia, Andersen Consulting, and UPM-Kymmene, where they gained experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR consultancy.

Jaana Junell's education history includes the following:

1. From 1990 to 1992, Jaana attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and obtained a degree in Datanomi (Data processing).

2. Between 1993 and 1997, Jaana studied at LUT University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business Economics, specializing in Economics.

3. In 1996, Jaana briefly attended Swansea University, specifically the European Business Management School.

4. In 2007-2008, Jaana attended the Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education and completed a Vocational Teacher Education program, focusing on Adult Education.

5. In 2009, Jaana pursued further studies in Adult Education (Vocational Education) and received a Cum Laude recognition from the University of Tampere 1925-2018.

6. In 2023-2024, Jaana is planning to study the Futures Guidance Study Module at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku.

Jaana also has various additional certifications, including Certified Trainer The Five Behaviors, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Leadership Solution and Potential Tool, Certified Agile HR Practitioner, Resilience, Certified Trainer Everything DiSC, Talent Q Dimensions and Elements, 360, and OPQ, obtained at different times from multiple institutions.
