Cecilia Davidson

Cecilia Davidson has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Cecilia began their career in 1998 as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Randstad USA (New Boston Systems). In 2000, they joined ANR Consulting as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2012, they were hired as the Head of Staffing for Accenture Interactive. In 2017, they were hired as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Arimo (which was acquired by Panasonic). In 2019, they joined OpsRamp as a Senior Technical and Business Recruiter. In 2020, they joined Netenrich, Inc. as a Senior Corporate and Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they were hired as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Dataiku and a Head of Talent Acquisition for Aluna. Currently, they are a Senior Talent Acquisition for Issuu.

Cecilia Davidson attended San Jose State University from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics. Cecilia is currently enrolled at Cornell University, studying Human Resources Analytics. Cecilia has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)®, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, HR as a Business Partner, and Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits.
