Tuğçe Ceyhan is currently a Research Assistant at İstanbul Aydın Universitesi since February 2020. Previously, Tuğçe worked as a Product and Sales Responsible at Merkay Grup Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi from February 2019 to November 2019, and as a Food Engineer at Phoenix Sun Hotel from June 2019 to September 2019. Tuğçe is pursuing a Doctorate in Food Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, having commenced studies in September 2022. Prior educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from Ankara University, completed in March 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the same institution, earned in 2018.
