Simona Rosati is an experienced researcher with a focus on data collection and sociological studies. Since March 2009, Simona has been affiliated with ISTAT, where responsibilities include designing data collection tools and conducting research on topics such as discrimination based on gender, ethnic background, and sexual orientation. Previous roles include a research fellowship at the Population Census Department and contributions to the European Union Statistics on Income and Living Conditions Survey (EU-SILC). Simona's academic background includes a PhD in Communication Science from Sapienza University of Rome and a degree in Sociology with a concentration on labour, enterprise, and economy from the same institution. Additional experience includes teaching sociology at Link Campus University of Malta and various external research roles.
