Helen Vincent

Helen Vincent has extensive experience in human resources management. Helen'smost recent role is as Head of People & Organisation at ADDX, where they lead all people functions and works closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with business objectives. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager (APAC) at Sandvine, where they partnered with APAC leadership to launch HR initiatives and strengthen the company's culture. Helen also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Denselight Semiconductors, where they strategized with senior management to transform the company's culture and develop employee skills and competencies. Helen has a strong background in project management and HR business partnering, having worked as a Senior Human Resources Project Manager at GTA and as a Human Resources Manager at Itron Metering Systems. Helen has also held leadership positions at Emerson Process Management, INVISTA, Numonyx Pte Ltd, and STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd, where they successfully managed HR functions, implemented talent management processes, and supported organizational growth.

Helen Vincent obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and History from the National University of Singapore in 1986. In 1990, they completed a Diploma in Human Resources/Personnel Administration from the Singapore Institute of Personnel Management. In 2017, they earned an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from the Institute of Adult Learning in Singapore. Helen also has additional certifications, including the Textio Equitable Performance Feedback, Textio Inclusive Employer Brand Certification, Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification, and IHRP - Seasoned Professional (SP) from the Institute of Human Resources Professionals in Singapore.
