Rama Rathnam Srinivasan

Rama Rathnam Srinivasan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They currently hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at ADDX since 2022. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Rakuten Symphony Singapore. They also served as a Principal Resource Specialist APAC at Alexander Mann Solutions from August 2019 to October 2019.

From 2017 to 2019, Rama Rathnam Srinivasan was employed as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Singtel. They also worked at IBM as a Recruitment Partner from September 2015 to January 2016, where they managed end-to-end recruitment cycles and provided recruitment advisory services.

Before joining IBM, they worked at ACS as the Head of Recruitment from July 2010 to August 2015, where they recruited professionals for the broadcasting and telecom industry. They also held the position of Recruitment Manager at GlobeTec Solutions from April 2009 to August 2010, focusing on recruitment in the semiconductor industry.

Earlier in their career, Rama Rathnam Srinivasan worked as a Semicon Recruiter-Consultant at MRL Consulting Group Pte Ltd from October 2008 to March 2009. They also served as a Semicon Recruiter and Senior Business Consultant at Uni Connect Pte Ltd, Singapore from May 2007 to October 2008, where they managed relationships with clients and grew the recruitment business.

Their early experience includes working as a QA Engineer at STMicroelectronics, Ang Mo Kio, Singapore, where they were responsible for quality assurance and process improvement from an unspecified start date to May 2007.

Rama Rathnam Srinivasan completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Bradford in 2006. Prior to that, in 1992, they obtained a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from M.N.M.Jain Polytechnic in Chennai, India. Their secondary school education, with a focus on subjects like Tamil, Hindi, English, Maths, General Sciences, and Social Studies, was completed at Tagore's Home New Era Institute, Secondary School in Secunderabad between 1979 and 1989. They also hold a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from the Ministry of Manpower, obtained in 2019.
