Weston Jeffers

Weston Jeffers has extensive experience in the insurance industry, holding various roles in business development, agent acquisition, and sales. Weston has worked at ISU Insurance Agency Network as Vice President of Business Development since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Renegade Insurance as National Director of Agent Acquisition and Business Development Manager. Jeffers also has experience at The Yates Agency Inc., where they served as Director of Operations/Outside Sales Agent and Outside Sales Agent/Office Manager. Additionally, they worked as an Insurance Agent at State Farm and held roles as Team Leader and Account Representative at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. Jeffers began their career as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Elizabethton Twins Baseball. Throughout their career, they have consistently exceeded sales goals and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Weston Jeffers obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Northeast State Community College from 2006-2009. Weston then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from East Tennessee State University from 2010-2011. Weston also holds a certification as a CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) from the National Underwriter Company.
