Agnė Chushak

Agnė Chushak has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Agnė currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at iSun AG, where they are responsible for implementing strategic HR solutions, overseeing HR processes during company acquisitions, and expanding the team internationally. Prior to this role, they worked as a Partner and Delivery Manager at Hireview, a consulting company specializing in employer branding, recruitment, and executive search services. Agnė also gained experience at BitDegree, an online educational platform, where they held roles as an HR/Recruitment Consultant and later as the Head of People. Agnė has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Intermedix and as the Head of IT Recruitment at HR factory Lithuania. Additionally, they have held positions at Artemis Search Limited, Ruptela, UAB, and Transcom. Agnė has demonstrated success in growing IT recruitment businesses, receiving recognition as Employee of the Month and Fastest Growing Employee of the Year.

Agnė Chushak attended Vilnius Coding School in 2016. Agnė previously obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Vilnius University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Vilnius University from 2007 to 2011.
