Gopalakrishnan Natarajan

Gopalakrishnan Natarajan currently serves as the Senior Environment Health Safety Manager at Isuzu Motors India Private Limited, a position held since September 2017, where responsibilities include establishing a cross-functional framework for continuous improvement in Environmental, Health, and Safety performance utilizing a lean approach. Prior to this, Gopalakrishnan was the Senior Occupational Health & Safety Manager at Renault Nissan Automotive India Pvt Ltd. from October 2009 to September 2017, where efforts focused on developing a sustainable Occupational Health and Safety Management framework across various entities and leading a motivated team to enhance OHS performance. Earlier experience includes roles as Deputy Manager in the Production Division at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, managing energy and environment initiatives, and as a member of Production Engineering at TVS Motor Company, where Gopalakrishnan gained diverse experience in quality and new product development. Gopalakrishnan holds a Certification in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, completed in 2018.
