Dolly Hassan

Dolly Hassan is an experienced sales and training professional in the cosmetics industry, currently serving as the Sales and Training Account Coordinator for IT Cosmetics since August 2021, managing 37 accounts across the Dallas Fort Worth and West Texas markets. Previously, Dolly held the position of Account Coordinator at Tarte Cosmetics, where the recognition as the #1 Account Coordinator in the South Region in 2020 highlighted exceptional performance in managing key accounts. An integral part of the team, Dolly trained and led a group of freelance artists, ensuring brand values and sales goals were achieved through effective training and education. Dolly's career began at Sephora, where experience as a Senior Artist and Lead Facilitator included organizing beauty classes and preparing team members for coaching roles. Earlier roles also included professional makeup artistry at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and operational positions at Sephora inside JCP. Dolly's foundational education was completed at Francis Lewis High School.
